What People Are Saying About Pamela’s Cooking:
When we shared an apartment many years ago, Pamela taught me to make two of my favorite things: bruschetta and French toast- eggo waffle style! LOL! She was always experimenting. Her food was always made with the freshest ingredients and tasted great. I live down south now, and even though I loved her chicken marsala, I miss her french toast waffles the most!
If you want food made with love, here it is! Pamela puts her heart and soul into her food. She had a dinner party last year around the holidays and made the most delicious beef satay. It was so good that the tray didn’t even make it to the table. I couldn’t stop eating a wonderful wine-drenched fig and goat cheese spread on crostini. Who do you know who still makes her own PHYLLO dough from scratch? If that isn’t love, I don’t know what is. You will always be delighted by Pamela’s creativity.

I have been attending Pamela’s Christmas parties for years. This past year, she made an antipasto that was like a work of art! She makes everything look so easy and her timing is great. My all time favorite is her flourless chocolate cake. She will tell you that she’s not a baker, but this dessert is sooo good. It’s so chocolaty and rich- a little piece is all you need, but you’ll want more!

I’m always amazed at how quickly and easily Pamela can whip something up. We usually get together for pizza at my house or hers on Friday nights. Sometimes we don’t feel like pizza and I can’t tell you how many times she has put a lasagna together at the last minute as I’m sitting in her kitchen. She just goes to her freezer and pulls out her yummy meatballs and sauce and makes dinner in a flash. My mother is an amazing cook and even she likes Pamela’s meatballs and sauce!

I attended a dinner party recently and Pamela provided the whole meal. The lasagna and meatballs she made for us were really the best I have ever had in my life. I have ordered lasagna in many different restaurants and her lasagna by far is the most delicious. Thank you, Pamela, for such a fabulous meal.
Pamela cooked the meal for a party I hosted and it was phenomenal. Her sauce had us drooling the moment she entered our home, her meatballs were as authentic as Little Italy, and her homemade lasagna was an absolute favorite! Everything was melt in your mouth splendid…including her decadent flourless chocolate cake for dessert. My friends and I highly recommend her if you want to throw a party and make a fabulous impression!
